Fellows For Equality - Democratizing Leadership is an all-Indian program to strengthen the ties between the scavenger community in India. We connect and educate future leaders of our society to create a network of social workers in our country. Our special one year training enables the fellows to coordinate independent projects in selected communities. During our meetings, we discuss our work and work hand in hand. Fellows For Equality is thus also a great possibility to exchange experiences of social work. Our fellows are provided with free travel and stay during the training and also a monthly budget of 5.000 rupees to provide facilities for the most effective work. Read more here.
